How the Platform works
-> Your account is prepaid.
-> You add credits to your prepaid account.
-> The monthly fees are automatically deducted from your call credit.
Also, the cost of each outgoing call automatically deducted from your call credit.
-> If your account has zero credits, you cannot make calls.
-> If your account remains zero for one month period it is automatically deleted.
-> You get notification emails if your call credit goes below 50, 20 and 0 euro.
-> You also get information email 5 days before the monthly deductions mentioning your current balance so you can schedule your payment on time if your call credit is not sufficient for the monthly fee deductions.
-> You can topup the desired amount of money either with bank transfer at any of our Eurobank or BOC accounts mentioned in the emails or via Paypal (5% administration fees apply on Paypal)
-> As soon as we receive the money your account is credited and you will receive in short period of time the corresponding invoice and receipt of payments to your email and will be also available in the portal.
